We have tens of millions of euros worth of onsite and remote projects up for grabs for independent software, embedded, AI and data and design professionals in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and the US. Most projects are 6+ months long and offer 100% allocation, though there are exceptions.

- Let’s get to know each other — Tell us what your dream project is like: ideal industry, technologies, length and prime locations.
- Kick back and relax — We’ll find you the projects that match your preferences and skills. Moreover, we’ll make sure you’re prepared for meetings and answer any legal and contractual questions that come up.
- Name your price — With us, you’re in charge. You’ll determine your own hourly rate and invoice Witted at the end of each month. Then, we take care of invoicing the end client.
- Let’s talk! — Whenever you want to discuss entrepreneurship or market prospects, we’re here for you. We’re also able to offer guidance as to which skills you might want to add to increase your future demand.
